We prefer that you have your reservation in 10 days before your event.
That being said, Our website accepts rental orders up to 5 days before your event.
We need a minimum of five days in order to give you free shipping both ways.
We do have access to overnight and 2-day shipping options, but we pass that extra cost onto you.
Once you are within the 5 day window, we may need to charge extra in order to use two-day or overnight shipping in order to get your rentals to you on time.
If you are in the same region as our warehouse in upstate New York, we may still be able to give you free shipping.
