The volume is not the same across the channels when I switch them.

This is a device volume problem and not a headphone problem.

  1. Set your Silent Disco Headphone volume at half.   Leave it there for the rest of the steps.
  2. Go to the Blue Channel’s connected device (the device connected to the first transmitter)  and set the device volume (don’t touch your headphone volume) to a comfortably loud level.
  3. Go to the Red Channel’s connected device (the device connected to the second trnasmitter) and set that device volume so that it matches the volume on the Blue channel (without touching your headphone volume).
  4. Go to the Green Channel’s connected device (the device connected to the third trnasmitter) and set that device volume so that it matches the volume on the Blue channel (without touching your headphone volume).
  5. Done!
