Please attempt to repack the boxes the way they came.
With the smaller boxes, consider taking a photo of the manner in which they are packed as you unpack them. Refer to that photo for your repack.
With our larger boxes of 72, there is a photo/diagram on the flap that shows how to repack.
Repacking them in the same way that we shipped them protects the equipment from breaking during the trip.
Not only does this keep the headphones safe but the manner of packing is 4 rows of 6 equals one layer.
So without counting, you know that one layer is 24 headphones.
Two layers is 48 headphones and 3 layers is 72 headphones.
This saves you a ton of time counting because as long as you stick to the pattern, you only need to count layers and boxes instead of each individual headphone.
