Do I need to keep the box they came in?

• Please keep the box and use it for the return trip.
• Also the location of the prepaid return label is directly beneath the original label, which is in the shipping label pouch.
• If you discard the box, you will have discarded the prepaid return label.
• Switch out that prepaid return label right away.
• Make sure the return label’s Bar Code is completely  visible for the FedEx equipment to read.
